In the City

While living in a condo in Pike Place Market, I began to connect with individuals I'd seen in passing and soon became absorbed in what felt like a small town. I had become a part of an unexpectedly close-knit community after moving into the heart of Seattle.

Like one would take daily walks in their neighborhood, I frequently walk around Pike Place Market, constantly exploring obscured places. The fleeting interaction with tourists I experienced demonstrated how complex life pathways can lead us to converge at a point, only never to see each other again. In that instantaneous moment, I aimed to document a fragment of their livelihoods or whatever they are engaged in before we part ways.
