About Me
When I undertook a long-exposure project a few years ago, I became interested in the possibilities of photography to capture my observations of the world around me. Extending the shutter speed to capture the blurriness of moving subjects, the transparency of still objects, and trails of light empowered me to take advantage of the artistic expression's freedom and creativity.
I feel static images can encapsulate a complex narration and backstory, enabling me to find visual elements that convey my thoughts and emotions. Being more reserved, I appreciate that images can evoke emotions with a certain ambiguity.
I predominantly create street photography as I enjoy immersing myself in unfamiliar and unpredictable surroundings. It also incentivizes me to observe how strangers choose to live their lives, often experiencing events that deviate from my own.
